This is a preview for the latest to come from popular manufacturer Eleaf. Here is the Eleaf iStick Kiya 50w Kit a 50w Kit. Paired with the GS Juni Tank. Expect a full review of this in due course but these are my initial observations. Eleaf as we have come to know release great products to suit all budgets. This is no exception, pricing is very competitive with no apparent reduction in quality.
The Eleaf iStick Kiya
First we take a look at the Kiya 50w Mod. The first thing you will notice is its super compact size. Measuring in at 57 x 35 x 25mm this is going to be one nice fit in your hands. I would expect this to be pretty lightweight to compliment the small size. Powered by an internal 1600mah battery this will give you respectable battery life considering it is a 50w mod. This mid range in power should help with the battery longevity. Its notable to note that the Kiya Kit supports 2a fast charging. The Kiya boasts various operating modes including TC / VW / Bypass / Preheat & TCR. Thats enough modes for menu fiddlers like me ! The display is a front hogging size, dominating most of the front of the Kiya measuring 1.45 inches. This is more than enough space to show all the important information you would expect. Menu system looks well designed and displays clearly and simply on the display. Finally I love the look of the fire button this is pretty much the same size as one of the sides.
Colour options are White with Green ( Which I love ) Black and finally Silver.
The GS Juni Tank
Complementing the Eleaf iStick Kiya you will also find in the box the GS Juni tank. This is a 2ml tank meaning it is TPD compliant for customers within the UK. Coil options included are a 0.75ohm and a 1.5ohm coil. As a starter kit for someone these are two great options. Going forward there are other coil options available as the Juni is compatible with the GS Air coils this allows a few other coil options including a 0.15ohm TC coil. Airflow is solely from the bottom and is fully adjustable. Given this is with the Kiya mod I would expect that this will also be a compact tank.
I am pretty excited to have the chance to review this. A compact mod is always a bonus for me for carrying to work and just having a vape on my breaks. Initially I thought this may be a perfect entry kit only given the included coil options but the compatibilty with the GS Air coils opens up viable options for me to consider this to be a daily carry. Compact in size and priced well this looks to be a good choice for customers to buy. Does size matter in this case ?
